(hereinafter referred to as ‘Ana-Shi Ventures’ or ‘We’) having its registered address at 107, 48K Amaya Properties, Bhat-Motera Link Road, Koteshwar, Ahmedabad – 380005.

In order to provide you quality service and support, we collect and generate various data points about you, and/or your entity/organization (in case it is not an individual but a body corporate or any other entity). Data by which you/your entity are identified/recognised is termed as “Personal Data”. Personal Data does not mean or include information that is freely available or accessible in public domain.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We will collect and process the following information about you/entity (including but not limited to):

User Provided Information

This includes information submitted when you download and register on the Website for availing of the Services.

  1. Create or update your TI account, which may include your name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, payment or banking information, date of birth and profile picture;
  2. If you sign in to the TI account through third-party sign-in services such as Gmail or any other social networking or similar site (collectively referred to as “social media platforms”), an option of which may be provided to you by TI at its sole discretion, you will be allowing us to pass through and receive from social media platforms your log-in information and other user data;
  3. Use our Services, where we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information;
  4. Correspond with TI for customer support;
  5. Participate in the interactive services offered by TI such as discussion boards, workshops, competitions, promotions or surveys, other social media functions or make payments, etc.;
  6. Enable features voluntarily that require TI’s access to your address book or calendar;
  7. Report problems for troubleshooting, technical snags; and/or

The Services are not intended for users under the age of 18, unless permitted under applicable local laws (Permissible Age). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from users or market or solicit information from anyone under the Permissible Age. Location Information

Depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may collect your real time information, or approximate location information as determined through data such as GPS, IP address, etc. and the same shall be deemed to be voluntary and shall not be considered as breach of your privacy.

We collect information as to how you interact with our Services, preferences expressed, and settings chosen. Transaction Information

We collect transaction details related to your use of our Services, and information about your activity on the Services, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), the type of Services you requested or provided, comments, domain names, search results selected, number of clicks, information and pages viewed and searched for, the order of those pages, length of your visit to our Services, the date and time you used the Services, amount charged, details regarding application of promotional code, methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number and other related transaction details.

Please note that TI will not differentiate between who is using the device to access the Website, so long as the log in/access credentials match with yours. With Other Users

For the purpose of delivery, we may share your name, phone number and/or profile picture (if applicable), tracking details with our delivery partner/s to provide them the details regarding the shipment.

We may share this information with judicial & quasi-judicial authority, governmental agencies or other companies assisting us, when we are:

All such sharing of information is done at your own risk. Data Security Precautions

TI is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your Personal Information. TI has in place appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect Personal Information it processes and maintains. An illustration being, TI limits access to this Personal Information to authorized employees only, who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve its Website.

The third-party service providers with respect to TI and tokenization services and our payment gateway and payment processing are compliant with the payment card industry standard (generally referred to as PCI compliant service providers). You are advised not to send your full credit/debit card details through unencrypted electronic platforms. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username and password which enables you to access certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping these details confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through the Website. Once we have received your information, we will use strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to try to prevent unauthorised access, however for any lapse outside our purview you shall bear the risks ensuing.

How long does TI retain user data?

Currently, TI retains user data while an account is active and later for at least 3 (three) years. It may alter this practice according to legal and business requirements. For example, it may lengthen the retention period for some data if needed to comply with law or voluntary codes of conduct. Unless otherwise prohibited, it may shorten the retention period for some types of data if needed to free up storage space. Thereafter, we will either delete your personal information or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributed to your identity. For example, we may retain information to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the services or to comply with legal obligations.
