We offer return and exchange if you have received a product that is incorrect or has quality issue or manufacturing defect. In a such an instance, intimate us through email info@tangiblyintangible.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with 2-3 pictures of the product delivered to you.
If approved by us, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your end and sent back to us. Please note that TI will not accept worn, used or altered products. You need to ensure that the product that is returned back is in good condition with packaging and labels/tags intact.
On a thorough inspection and quality check of the returned product, we will inform you within 5 working days of receiving the product whether it has been accepted or rejected for the return request.
If TI accepts the return request, we will issue a store credit note of the same value as the returned product. The validity of the store credit note will be for three months. If TI rejects the return request, the product will be shipped back to you.
Refund is allowed only if the order is cancelled within 24 hours. To initiate cancellation, email us at info@tangiblyintangible.com with your invoice number and order details. We will get in touch with you within 5 working days to understand the reason for cancellation and confirm cancellation. Please note that amount of refund against your order cancellation will be deposited in your registered bank account as per the details provided by you.
